Consent to the Processing of Personal Data

This is a translation. In case of discrepancies, the Russian version prevails.

I, a user of the Telegram bot @lbchinese_ai_bot and the LinguaBridge "Chína" mini app (the "Service"), freely, of my own will and in my own interest, give my consent to Alisa Pavlovna Arseneva, self-employed (professional income tax payer), Taxpayer ID (INN) 504724549300, Telegram @LingBridg (the "Operator") to process my personal data on the following terms.

1. What data

• Telegram ID, first and last name from Telegram, username, Telegram language.
• Learning data: level, progress, answers, mistakes, test and exam results, leaderboard points, pack, settings.
• Messages and voice messages I send to Chína and the teacher; essays; texts and photos for the scanner; reviews.
• Subscription and payment data: type, term, amount, payment IDs. The Operator does not receive bank card details.

2. Purposes

• Providing the Service: lessons, review, exams, chatting with Chína, the teacher, the scanner, leaderboards and packs.
• Saving progress and selecting exercises.
• Checking answers and essays, and recognizing speech and text using artificial intelligence.
• Setting up the subscription and answering payment questions.
• Study reminders and service messages.
• Showing my name (first word only), HSK level, points and review text in leaderboards and reviews.

3. Actions with data

Collection, recording, systematization, accumulation, storage, clarification, retrieval, use, transfer (provision, access), anonymization, blocking, deletion, destruction. Processing is carried out using automated means.

4. Sharing with third parties

I agree to my data being shared to the extent needed for the purposes above:

• Sberbank PJSC (GigaChat service) — message texts, voice message transcripts, essays, texts and photos for the scanner. Purpose: replies from Chína and the teacher, checking and recognizing text. My Telegram ID and name are not shared.
• Tribute (tribute.tg) — card payment data. Purpose: setting up the subscription.
• Telegram — operating the bot and the mini app, Telegram Stars payments.
• Hosting provider — data storage.

5. Term and withdrawal of consent

5.1. This consent is valid from the day I give it until I withdraw it or my data is deleted. If I do not use the Service for 3 years, my data is deleted.

5.2. I can withdraw my consent at any time:

• with the /deleteme command in the bot;
• by message in Telegram to @LingBridg.

After withdrawal, the Operator stops processing and deletes the data within 30 days, except for data that must be kept by law.

5.3. I understand that without processing my data, the Service cannot save my progress or check my answers.

6. Confirmation

I give my consent by ticking the box "I consent to the processing of personal data" in the mini app or by pressing the consent button in the bot. I am 14 or older, or my legal guardian gives consent on my behalf.
