Consent to Receive Informational and Promotional Messages

I give my consent to Alisa Pavlovna Arseneva, self-employed (professional income tax payer), Taxpayer ID (INN) 504724549300 to send me informational and promotional messages about the LinguaBridge "Chína" Service in Telegram (via the bot @lbchinese_ai_bot). These may include:

• new features;
• discounts and special offers on the "Chína Premium" subscription;
• announcements of speaking clubs, contests and events.

This consent is given in accordance with article 18 of Federal Law No. 38-FZ of 13.03.2006 "On Advertising". It is voluntary and does not affect my access to the Service.

For this purpose, the Operator processes my Telegram ID and name. This consent is valid until withdrawn.

You can withdraw your consent at any time:

• in the mini app: Profile → Documents → untick "Promotions";
• with the /unsubscribe command in the bot;
• by message to @LingBridg on Telegram.

Service messages are not advertising and are sent regardless of this consent:

• study reminders;
• replies from the teacher;
• messages about payments and subscription expiry.

You can set up or turn off study reminders with the /reminders command.
